Children and Young People

Children and young people are very welcome at all of our services in the parish. Both churches have a small area where children can play during the services whilst being supervised by their parents.

At the 10:30 service at All Souls there are usually specific activities that the children can join in with alongside the main service.

We also have some services and groups which are particularly planned with children and young people in mind.

Toddler Praise

Tuesday Mornings, 10:30-11:30am at All Souls Church

Children and their carers are warmly invited to join Nicola Shaw for crafts, singing, bible stories and prayers every Tuesday morning, finishing with tea, coffee, biscuits and squash. There is no fee and no need to book, but donations for tea and coffee would be greatly appreciated.

St Michael's

Our weekly family service held in St Michael's Church Hall (Except for the first Sunday in the month)

We meet and gather informally round tables with cups of coffee or tea (or squash!) and biscuits. Every week we sing some hymns or worship songs, pray together, share a story or passage from the bible, and join in with a craft or activity which helps us to reflect on what might mean for us and our world.

Although this service is ideally suited to families, we also have a number of adults who come along without children too. All are welcome!
